Restaurants Ancient Flavours of Garda
Our aim is to promote enogastronomic products by focusing on typical products.
Great attention has been payed to the new interpretation of old recipes by using only local and Italian products, together with the territorial culture.
Besides the fish from the lake, great consideration has been reserved to the high quality locally produced olive oil and the prestigious wines from the inland and lake area vineyards.
At the beginning of summer, our association organizes the traditional Sardellata al ciàr de luna: a gala dinner on the lake front during which typical dishes from the culinary tradition of Garda and its territory are presented. This food and wine tasting event will be proposed again in winter during the Natale tra gli olivi festival.
